I've received rare secret fish from it (which you can otherwise only get from from clicking the bubbles that spawn when you're wearing ) as well as Mechagon rare fish and at least one toy in the form of so it seems likely that almost anything CAN drop from it.There's a chance that some kind of blacklist has been applied to prevent very specific rares from dropping. Imagine getting in a Horde area, for example. Likewise, while it's technically a pool of fish and contains items from all zones where can occur, it would be interesting to know if it could actually proc.
